Secondo me dipende dal tempo di cottura… Meno è cotto, più è facile che vengano via pezzi di albume con il guscio… Ma potrei benissimo sbagliarmi.

Le uova sono fonte di innumerevoli problemi filosofico esistenziali e cosmologici… vari fastidi lo dimostrano ampiamente!
